ANDREW THOMSON
GENERAL MANAGER

With close to 15 years experience in management, marketing and strategy development, Andrew brings to CFMG an in-depth understanding of property and financial services sectors through senior marketing and operations roles at AMP, Devine Limited and Ausbuild.

With significant involvement in the sales, marketing and leasing of in excess of $2.5 billion worth of residential, retail and commercial property in Queensland, NSW, Victoria and South Australia, Andrew brings experience throughout project lifespan from acquisition to final settlements.

Andrew has also worked in large organisations in specialist marketing positions such as Suncorp & Australian Insurance Holdings and holds a Bachelor of Business (Management) specialising in Marketing, Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations and has commenced a Masters Degree in Property Economics.


Lisa Hosegood
DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT

Lisa is a highly experienced financial and management accountant responsible for the financial modelling, management and administration of CFMG projects and has a thorough knowledge of all aspects of property development, property finance, infrastructure and planning.

With 3 years working specifically on large scale property finance deals, as well as 7 years as a development management account in the land use planning and property development industry – Lisa is uniquely qualified to provide expert financial management to the CFMG Group. 

Lisa is a fully qualified CPA, registered JP and has additional experience in urban and industrial development throughout Queensland.


Ben Russell
Acquisitions / Analysis Manager

With close to 10 years experience in the property development industry in both private and public enterprise – Ben brings to CFMG a strong understanding of the property sector, particularly in relation to site acquisition and value.

Ben’s diverse experience includes town planning, development management and project delivery, and site acquisition and analysis. Experience in Town Planning, in addition to project delivery allows Ben to provide a unique insight into his role as Manager of Acquisitions and Analysis, and his experience abroad working in Town Planning at the University of Pennsylvania also allows him to bring a unique and fresh perspective.

Having a strong understanding of the full development lifecycle from identification and acquisition through to final completion allows Ben to provide his insights every step of the development process for CFMG.

Ben has a Bachelor of Regional and Town Planning (Honours) and a Certificate of Project Management.
