CFMG’s ‘The Brook’ project at Ormeau in South East Queensland is continuing to receive strong sales enquiry as the project enters the final two stages of the development.
The projects sales team are reporting enquiry from both owner occupiers looking to upgrade as well as local project builders enquiring for land for their local customer base. This level of enquiry abodes well with the project achieving a total of 32 exchanged contracts (at an average of 10.6 per month) for the three months June to August 2016.
CFMG continues to aim to create value for investors through active and passive property investment in the residential, retail and commercial markets.
The residential land syndication business within CFMG has specific criteria to assess project opportunities:
- Proximity to a capital city or other major employment hubs;
- Population growth & housing demand specific to the locality;
- Local area demographics;
- Proximity to transport networks;
- Existing and/or planned education, recreation, retail and health amenities in the immediate vicinity.
