SITE UPDATE: Creeks Edge, Morayfield

CFMG Capital via the CFMG Land & Opportunity Fund settled this site on 12 December 2017.

It included some challenges inherited from the vendor, but we certainly felt we would deliver this 80 residential lot project inside 18 months and reward another group of investors with a solid fixed 12% per annum return (net of fees) via their investment in the project.

12 months later, the project is fully complete, more than half the lots have settled already, with nearly all balance lots contracted and we expect to be returning capital and fixed return dividends to investors early in 2019 well ahead of schedule.
