CFMG Capital are currently actively operating six residential developments at all points of the compass in the South East Queensland market, each at varying stages of construction or planning and a brief update on each of them is below.
Solander Estate, Park Ridge:
Construction of the 76 lots in Stage 3 of this 179 lot community is now completed. This is the final stage of the project and upon settlement of the completed lots in the early to middle part of 2020, this project will come to its forecast conclusion.
Middleton Park, Logan Reserve:
Construction of the 75 lots that make up Stage 2 of this 336 lot residential community is now completed. This is the final stage of Part 1 of this investment via the CFMG Land & Opportunity Fund. Works on Stage 3 of the project have now commenced with bulk earthworks and clearing well advanced.
Birchwood Estate, Park Ridge:
Demolition and clearing have commenced for this 89 lot residential community with formal construction works expected to commence in early 2020. The site has the benefit of an existing Development Approval and will be a natural progression for CFMG Capital as nearby Solander Estate comes to its conclusion.
Elevate Estate, Ormeau Hills:
Sewer, stormwater, bulk earthworks and retaining are now completed in Stage 1 of this 100 lot residential community. Roadways have been boxed out and formed with kerb and channel, along with asphalt expected prior to Christmas 2019.
The sales office has also been installed and opened at the entrance to the estate.
Lomandra Park, Bridgeman Downs:
All major construction work forming Stage 1 of this 76 lot boutique community is essentially finalised. Kerb, channel and asphalt is now down and landscaping is expected to be fully completed prior to Christmas allowing registration in early 2020. Plans for a 10 home display village are coming to conclusion and the land sales office is set for installation on Friday 6 December.
Mayfair Lane, Rochedale:
Demolition and clearing works are set for December 2019 for this boutique 15 lot residential enclave in this highly sought after location, with commencement of bulk earthworks expected in early 2020.
