Construction works are progressing well in Stage 1 at Arbourwood in Morayfield, with topsoiling of the lots currently underway. External roadworks are nearing completion and landscaping is commencing across the stage, marking another key milestone for the community.
In Stage 4, kerb installation has been completed, and the next major milestone is the installation of asphalt, which is expected to take place within the next fortnight.
