New sales office at Arbourwood, Morayfield

CFMG Residential Communities have invested in a new sales office, but it’s not your typical office, it’s on wheels. The new sales office currently located at Arbourwood in Morayfield, has the ability to be moved around from development to development to save on sales office costs and provide flexibility for the sales team.

Setting up and removing sales offices can be a significant cost for a project, but when you have one that can be towed to the next location easily, it made sense to make the investment.

The mobile sales office is fully self-sustainable with solar panels and battery storage, along with on-board water supply and chemical toilet allowing us to use it anywhere anytime.

The office is 3m x 8m in size and includes a small kitchenette and a space for a desk and seating area. It also comes with a pull-out deck and billboard on the side of the sales office for advertising.

The sales office is now open at Arbourwood in Morayfield so if you’re in the area, drop in for a visit.
