CFMG Funds Management are excited to announce a brand new CFMG First Mortgage & Income Fund will be launched to the market in July 2021.
This new CFMG First Mortgage & Income Fund product provides investors with a regular income stream, as the fund will distribute returns on a quarterly basis.
The CFMG First Mortgage & Income Fund will enable investors to personally select which projects to invest in with a minimum investment amount of $25,000. The net returns will be between 6.25% – 7.25% per annum, with investment terms between 6 – 12 months.
This fund will be ASIC regulated, ideal for SMSF investors and the ability to reinvest will also be available.
