Rubleen finds it rewarding to strengthen internal controls and identify ways to refine accounting systems and processes. She believes in continuous improvement and enjoys the collaborative spirit of working with teams to streamline processes.
Before joining CFMG Capital, she held various finance roles predominantly in the labour hire sector where she specialised in managing financial operations for businesses providing workers to healthcare and technical industries across Australia.
Away from the spreadsheets, Rubleen loves spending quality time with her family or losing herself in a good book.
