Three members of the CFMG Capital team travelled to Melbourne last week for the SMSF Association SMSF + Investor Expo, where over 1,000 attendees came through the doors of the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre to speak with more than 30 exhibitors and listen to presentations from industry professionals and investment experts.
The CFMG Capital team consisting of our General Manager, Andrew Thomson and Investment Executives Daniel Robinson and Nick Sibree spoke to hundreds of interested parties who stopped by the CFMG Capital stand to learn about the CFMG Land & Opportunity Fund and discuss the various opportunities to invest with CFMG Capital.
Visitors to the stand were engaging and had plenty of questions, and the team also enjoyed speaking with, and putting a face to the name of many existing CFMG Capital investors who stopped by for a chat. Over 500 CFMG Capital bags which included current offer documentation, business overview and CFMG Capital giveaways were handed out and the response in the 7 days since the expo has been overwhelmingly positive.
Andrew also gave a 30 minute presentation and hosted a Q&A with a packed theatre on the Saturday morning. Feedback from the attendees was that the content was informative and engaging and they enjoyed listening to the various ways they can invest in property (other than just buying another investment property), how the development process works right from site identification to completion and all the steps involved in assessing an opportunity and deciding to proceed.
As keen investors themselves, the team also enjoyed attending other presentations and doing the rounds of exhibitors to learn about investing in global stocks, mortgage funds, commercial real estates and many other opportunities such as mainstream managed funds to alternative investments like bitcoin and robo-investment.
Here at CFMG Capital, we would encourage all our investors and interested parties to attend educational and promotional days like these to broaden their investment horizons, they are incredibly informative and allow further opportunities to diversify.
