CFMG Capital’s ‘Lomandra Park’ – a boutique residential community in Bridgeman Downs, just 12km north of the Brisbane CBD will be home to a Queensland Master Builders Display Village in 2020. Launched in late 2019, CFMG Capital received well over 20 expressions of interest from some of Australia’s leading volume builders as well as a range of custom high end local builders specialising in the inner ring of Brisbane.
In conjunction with Master Builders, the team narrowed the list to just 6 key builders who will construct a range of designer homes on 10 lots in Stage 1 of Lomandra Park to form an exclusive display village of outstanding quality homes showcasing both the amenity and quality of the Lomandra Park community, but also the exceptional work of the chosen builders.
Construction of Stage 1 at Lomandra Park is now essentially completed, with basic finishing touches of landscaping now underway and registration expected during March 2020 when builders will then commence construction of a series of custom designer homes suitable for Lomandra Park and the neighbouring area.
Developed via the CFMG Land & Opportunity Fund, Lomandra Park upon completion will be an 80 lot private enclave ideally located in the prestigious inner north with traditionally sized larger lots providing a distinct point of difference to the inner ring land market.
