On Tuesday 18 Feb, over 60 local and national builders and land marketing agents were hosted by CFMG Capital at a Builder Breakfast to provide a construction update on the Lomandra Park development at Bridgeman Downs as well as give a sneak peak at the newly established on-site sales office and location of the upcoming Master Builders Display Village that will feature 10 designers homes from 6 leading builders.
Daniel Hirst from Colliers International provided a general market update, confirming the continued growth of net interstate migration was driving value and activity in the Brisbane market, particularly in premium locations like Bridgeman Downs.
Andrew Thomson from CFMG Capital then provided a project update across marketing and development matters and revealed future expansion plans for Lomandra Park as a result of securing some additional adjoining land parcels. Finally, National Land Sales Manager Rebecca McColl then provided details on the latest sales campaigns and offers available to land buyers in the estate.
Lomandra Park is a boutique 76 lot community delivered via the CFMG Land & Opportunity Fund. With construction of Stage 1 now complete, buyers will be settling their purchases during late March and through April while display builders will commence construction of their homes during April, thus making the project a hive of activity in coming months. Only a handful of lots remain for sale in Stage 1, with Stage 2 set for release during March.
