CFMG Capital expand Lomandra Park project

Lomandra Park, an 80 lot residential project located in Bridgeman Downs is set for expansion via the acquisition of a 2.02 hectare neighbouring parcel of land. This subsequent site acquisition allows for the expansion of the highly sought after boutique community to in excess of 110 residential lots.

Ideally located just 12km from the Brisbane CBD, Lomandra Park is an already established and strong performing residential community. Stage 1 construction is completed and a new sales centre established, while a 10+ home display village featuring designer homes from leading local builders will soon commence construction.

Both the initial development and this subsequent parcel of land are delivered via the CFMG Land & Opportunity Fund, again giving investors opportunity to participate in residential development and earn a fixed rate of 12% per annum.
