A new marketing campaign for CFMG Capital residential communities was launched in January 2021 to drive traffic and sales.

The campaign focuses on selling down existing registered stock at all 4 communities, and promoting the new stage 3 land release at Lomandra Park. The $15k Homebuilder grant will also be promoted throughout the campaign.
The campaign concept is based around having ‘something to look forward to’ after a challenging year in 2020. Making plans for the future and making memories with your family gives our customers something to look forward to for the year ahead. The key campaign messages are:
