An additional 14 homesites were released for sale on Saturday 26th October at Arbourwood in Morayfield, north of Brisbane.
The release of these lots in Stage 1 was brought forward to keep up with high demand for land due to the previous stages selling faster than expected.
With prices starting from $389,000, the release generated some keen interest from purchasers and the sales team are now working on converting these leads to sales in the weeks ahead.
