Provided a site ticks the boxes of our investment criteria, we are able to move quickly and confidently regardless of whether it is a small 10 lot infill sub-division or a 1,000 lot community in an urban growth corridor. As a result, our size and structure allows us to consider deals across the development spectrum rather than a narrow focus adopted by larger (or smaller) scale developers.
We prioritise investors
Unlike other residential property, land syndication or mortgage-backed securities funds, our investors in the CFMG Land & Opportunity Fund rank ahead of CFMG Capital in the hierarchy of returns. The responsible entity agrees to waive fees should the incurring of those fees result in the targeted return back to investors not being achieved. In the CFMG First Mortgage & Income Fund, investors naturally rank first in line via the security of a first mortgage.
